Neuroanatomy
Case Studies
These excercises
are designed to supplement your lectures and labs, but you might
find them to be a valuable resource in helping you to focus your
studies in subject areas critical to clinical medicine. Further,
these studies will focus your attention on the use and analysis
of neuroimages produced using modern imaging technologies.
The cases and
images that you will review are from actual patients seen here at
UIC. Many thanks go to Dr. Steve Brint of the Department of
Neurology for preparing this material and unearthing the images
that you will see.
Most of the
questions presented are presented in an interactive format designed
to provide immediate feedback. However, make use of the Blackboard
facilities if you have any questions or comments. These pages
will open in a new window. Click the "X" in the upper
corner to close the window.
